This was the first leg of the final cruise for KESS, conducted aboard R/V Melville. The cruise entailed 12 working days at sea, May 18 – May 29, 2006, departing from and returning to Yokohama, Japan. The main objective was to recover the profiler/ADCP/CM moorings.
